FIXED AWS CFT Onboarding | Multiregion Template Failed due to Permission issue - 2:59:57 PM

Description: In the creation process of a SNS topic through AWS CloudFormation template, additional IAM permission of “sns:TagResource“ is now needed. Intelligence AWS CFT onboarding process was fixed accordingly, so now the permission isn’t missing in templates generated for onboarding of multiple S3 buckets located in different home regions, where one of the inner templates contains a SNS topic creation.
